When Formolight installed the VariableMessage SignageSystemin the long cross-sea bridge between Denmark and Sweden, we faced these three harsh environment conditions, and it is like a ship sailing on the sea. In such a harsh environment, our professional team paid great attention to the material selection, design of the cabinet, and anti-corrosion powder coating for the whole device. The insulation material is used inside the cabinet, and the cabinet is made of SUS316L stainless steel. From inside to outside of the signage, we used materials that can maintain color-fastness and are highly resistant to corrosion.

In response to the high-low temperature changes in the environment, moisture will cause condensation due to temperature changes. Condensation and moisture will cause abnormal status on the display board. In order to overcome these difficulties, we specially designed a constant temperature control system to adjust the inside temperature by installing heaters and coolers.

Also, since we focus on the features and details of the products, we can take advantage of our expertise and experience. As a result, we have successfully set up the industrial example of applying LED to be used under the harsh environment.
